Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Halivannah and Co., every product is custom made to order just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are not issued except in the circumstances outlined below.
Quality Issues & Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of every item we produce. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, you may be eligible for a free replacement or refund:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., misprints, stitching errors, structural damage)
- Items damaged during shipping
- Incorrect item received (wrong product, design, or personalization)
To initiate a quality claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@halivannah.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days. Approved claims will be resolved with a free replacement item. In cases where a replacement is not possible, store credit may be offered.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order cannot be cancelled as it may already be in production.
